By making a purchase it acknowledges that you are in acceptance of Express Parts' (Qld) Pty Ltd terms and conditions.

Prices
All prices listed do not include shipping unless specified. All shipping, handling and insurance prices are added on top of the original order. All prices can change without notice.

Typographical
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, pricing error or from misinformed information Express Parts (Qld) Pty Ltd has the right to cancel any order placed for the product/s at any time. If your credit card has already been charged it will be refunded immediately.

Liability
All parts sold by Express Parts (Qld) Pty Ltd are to be considered as racing parts for off road use unless specified otherwise. Federal and many State laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting the vehicle emission, safety or performance on public roads. Violation of such laws may subject the person/s to penalty which Express Parts (Qld) Pty Ltd shall not be held liable. Installation and or modification of part/s may void warranty/s on your vehicle. Express Parts (Qld) Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part/s, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labour. Express Parts (Qld) Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any damage, injury or death to person/s and or property resulting from installation and or misuse of any part/s. Express Parts (Qld) will not cover any loss in profit and or labour due to errors in shipping, mispackaging, and or extended delays for out of stock items. Express Parts (Qld) will not honor any refund or the like due to misconception and or disappointment associated with any product/s.

Payment
All items must be fully paid for before the goods are dispatched. No goods will be dispatched until full payment has been received regardless of circumstances. We accept all major credit cards, direct deposit and cheques. All cheques must clear before the order is dispatched. Do not send cash via mail, we are not responsible for any loss that may be incurred. All orders paid for by credit card will only be sent to a street address and a land line telephone number must be provided to Express Parts (Qld) Pty Ltd.

Cancellations
Any order which is cancelled between 12 to 24 hours after the order was made is subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Any order cancelled after 24 hours will be at Express Parts (Qld)’s Pty Ltd discretion.

Shipping
The majority of our orders are dispatched by Registered Freight. Local pick-up in Brisbane is available BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT ONLY. If you would like to pick up your goods locally please email us FIRST to arrange this. Express Parts (Qld) Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any delay during shipping. Express Parts (Qld) Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss during shipping. Products can be covered by insurance if you choose at checkout.

Faulty goods
The buyer shall inspect the goods upon delivery. If the goods are defective notice in writing must be given within five (5) days. Failure to give notice within five (5) may void your ability to return the goods.

Returns
Please choose carefully when making a purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that the parts ordered are correct for your vehicle. Express Parts (Qld) Pty Ltd will not accept return of goods unless they are faulty and covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If it is later deemed that the goods are not faulty the buyer must cover all costs incurred.

Warranty
All products sold by Express Parts (Qld) Pty Ltd are only covered by respective manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer’s warranty may not be honored if it is found that the customer has mishandled, abused, installed incorrectly or the like which has been the cause of the defect. It is the manufacturer’s discretion as to whether a warranty claim will be honored.
