The TiAL WG44 Wastegate is manufactured in the US from the highest quality materials. The valves are high temp NICrFe based alloy and the valve housings are manufactured using 347 Stainless Steel Alloy. The 17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at high temperatures and will not "relax" at temperatures above 483 degrees celcius, unlike other wastegates on the market.

The Actuator diaphram is reinforced Nomex silicone also capable of high temperature operation. Nitronic 60 stainless steel is used for the valve seat and valve bushing. Mating weld flanges are 304L. The kit comes standard with 1.0bar (14.7psi) boost pressure. The boost pressure can be adjusted by replacing the spring, and there are many different springs available to ensure the required boost pressure is met.

Wastegates are shipped with air fittings and stainless hardware, and each kit includes the wastegate assembly, a 44mm valve seat, inlet V-band clamp, inlet flange, outlet V-band clamp, outlet flange and 2 TiAL air fittings.

Flanges are included in the kit and also available separately. The wastegates are only available in highly polished aluminium finish.
