| Q: | Which methods of payments do you accept? |
| A: | We accept direct deposit and credit card. For purchasing goods with credit card you must provide to us your street address and land line telephone number. We will not send goods to a post office box when paying with credit card. For your security, we accept Credit Card payments over a 128-bit SSL encryption. When paying for your goods by direct deposit you will be emailed a payment reference number which you will have to use for the description for your payment. This is so that your payment can be easily identified and your goods can be promptly dispatched. When paying by direct deposit it is possible to send goods to a post office box. |
| Q: | Why do you need my street address and my land line telephone number when I use my credit card for payment? |
| A: | This is to prevent online fraud with people using stolen credit cards to purchase goods online. This is to protect both Express Parts and our customers. |

| A: | We are located in Brisbane (Queensland). |

| Q: | Once I have made my purchase how long will it take until my goods are sent out? |
| A: | It generally takes 1-2 business days for your payment to clear depending on your bank and method of payment. The majority of our goods are kept in stock and will be sent out immediately upon receiving your payment. We do list a few goods which are slow moving lines which we do not keep in stock, these can take a few days to come into stock then they will be sent straight to you. Please note that not all turbos are kept in stock so they can take a few days to come into stock if you request an unusual size or exhaust housing etc. If you wish to check the availability of goods please feel free to email us and we'll be only too happy to help with your enquiry. |
| Q: | How is my purchase sent to me? |
| A: | Generally we send goods by Registered Airmail Freight, which usually arrives within 1-2 working days of being sent. For larger and heavier items we send them via Road Freight, generally Road Freight is delivered within 2-3 working days of being sent. For areas in South-East Queensland we use a local courier company, these goods are delivered within 1 working day of being sent. |
| Q: | How do I know my goods have been sent and how long will they take to arrive? |
| A: | You can check the status of your order by clicking here or by clicking "Order Status" on the menu on the left. Generally goods sent via Road Freight will take 2-3 working days to arrive depending on your location (Please allow up to 5 working days for Western Australia, Northern Territories and remote locations). Items sent via Airmail Freight should arrive within 1-2 days. |
| Q: | Does Express Parts have any export restrictions? |
| A: | Express Parts will ship goods internationally but the goods must be paid for by direct deposit only. Credit Card payments will not be accepted for international orders. Pre-arrangement must be made prior to purchasing goods to be shipped internationally so that the shipping rates can be calculated. Please contact us via email first for international orders. |

| Q: | I am after a part that is not listed, is it possible for you to get it? |
| A: | We have many suppliers in Australia, Japan, America and Hong Kong so if you require a part that is not listed please email us and we’ll help you to source the part. |
| Q: | Does Express Parts have a mailing list that I can join to keep me up to date with the latest specials and sales? |
| A: | Yes Express Parts does have a mailing list. You can join by clicking here or by clicking "Mailing List" on the top menu. Please type your email address in the box on the mailing list page and press "Join". Your email address will never be used by us other than for the purpose outlined above and will never be divolgued to a third party. |
| Q: | I want to buy multiple numbers of the same product, how do I do this? (eg. Vacuum hose) |
| A: | Next to the product you wish to buy, enter in the quantity of the item you wish to purchase into the quantity box on the right hand side next to the "Buy" button. |

| Q: | What warranties are provided with the goods Express Parts sell? |
| A: | Express Parts offer a full manufacturer’s warranty. As there are different time periods each item is covered you will have to contact us for further details. Although as a general rule of thumb most items are covered by a one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer and NOT Express Parts. |
